I just finished reading Zig Ziglar’s Selling 101: What Every Successful Sales Professional Needs to Know. It was like a 5-Hour Energy drink of sales tips, dialogues, and practice methods. If you haven’t read it or are not familiar with Zig’s writing, this book is a great place to start.
